Other Environmental Technology

Visitors to the Toyota Ecoful Town will find examples of environmental technology at work in various locations around the grounds, such as the wall greenery of the Pavilion, green parking lots, and water-retentive pavements to retain rainwater, all of which help counter the higher temperatures generated by urban heat islands. Visitors are recommended to explore the Ecoful Town, looking out for the sign “Environmental Technology.” [Explanation of Terminology] Sustainable plant An environmentally sustainable plant that is constructed and managed from three perspectives: energy reduction, energy conversion, and ecological preservation by promoting interaction with the local community
