Hogaraka House is a restaurant featuring a menu of specialty dishes carefully prepared using local ingredients where visitors can enjoy delicious cuisine crafted from locally-grown agricultural products. The restaurant building constructed solely from wood from Toyota City provides visitors with the opportunity to experience the warmth of natural wood. Hogaraka House also disseminates information on Toyota City’s initiatives to promote the use of locally-grown wood, management and conservation of forests by encouraging forest thinning, and agriculture in the city.
